Overview
The organization is seeking an experienced multi-unit Revenue Manager to join the corporate revenue team.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue for assigned properties by monitoring the segmentation mix to ensure profitability and growth versus prior year and the competitive set.
- Recommend and coordinate pricing and positioning for hotels in conjunction with the organization’s revenue management standard operating procedure and brand requirements.
- Provide critical analysis on how short- and long-range decisions affect overall revenue goals.
- Develop segment strategies for Transient and Group business, including appropriate revenue management initiatives to achieve or surpass hotel financial goals.
- Conduct revenue analysis and inventory management on scheduled strategy conference calls, following organizational standard operating procedures.
- Assist hotels in reading revenue management reports and tools.
- Input revenue management criteria into reservation systems.
- This position can be based remotely.
Requirements
- Current Marriott and Hilton Extended Stay Revenue Management experience.
- Previous experience as Revenue Management lead for 10+ properties.
- 3+ years of hotel revenue management work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
- OneYield, GRO and R&I Certified.
- Strong attention to detail and a strategic approach.
- Demonstrated ability using brand-automated systems, personal computers, and all relevant programs.
- Analytical skills related to Smith Travel Market Share report.
- Exceptional communication ability.
- Occasional travel required.
