Overview
This remote position is for a Revenue Manager within a Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) supporting owned, managed, and franchised hotels. The role focuses on helping hotels grow market share and outperform competitors by implementing innovative revenue management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage all revenue management duties for an assigned portfolio of hotels, including daily pricing analysis, strategy adjustments, business evaluation, and trend analysis
- Conduct weekly commercial strategy meetings to review booking pace, performance, and hotel-specific goals, ensuring alignment on revenue strategy and pricing
- Forecast future performance, identify trends, and respond to risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned hotels and revenue management partners to influence results
- Collaborate with e-Commerce, Marketing, and Distribution teams to guide hotel performance
- Partner with peer Revenue Managers to share best practices and develop solutions
- Contribute to systems and process improvements
- Participate in mentorship opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in revenue management
- Experience managing hotel rates and inventory
- Ability to analyze and explain statistical data to develop strategies and action plans
- In-depth knowledge of industry analytical reports such as STR and shop reports
- Experience working with GRO and OnQ R&I systems
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
Preferred Qualifications
- On-property hotel experience
- Experience developing monthly forecasts and annual budgets
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 – $85,000, based on experience and location
