Route Accounting Associate

Overview

This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must reside within one hour of a facility in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and action the group inbox daily, including responding to inquiries and following up on action items.
• Run the register process for each assigned facility, coordinating with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP; accuracy is critical to support subsequent reporting systems.
• Run the invoicing process for each assigned facility, coordinating with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure routed orders are invoiced and available for drivers the next day.
• Run reports as requested for each facility, including inventory and variance reporting.
• Correct invoice errors from the prior day.
• Support operations as needed.
• Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
