Senior Accountant

Overview

This position is for a Senior Accountant with a 100% remote work arrangement.

Location: Must be located in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County

Salary Range: $100,000 – $105,000 + bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform timely general ledger reconciliations and account analyses
• Conduct financial variance analysis
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and assist with external audits
• Prepare and post journal entries across income statements, balance sheet, and intercompany accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analyses for leadership
• Contribute to special projects and process enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems (MS Dynamics GP is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred
