Senior Accountant Remote

Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Accountant (40 hours/week) with full benefits. This role is 100% remote, with the option to accommodate a hybrid schedule if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, input, balance, and analyze general ledger transactions.
• Assist with preparing workpapers for the yearly financial audit and cost report.
• Provide oversight of retirement audit.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Requirements

• 5 years of General Ledger experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minnesota taxes.
