Overview
A Senior Analyst of Commercial Excellence position is available with a pay range of $96,000 to $110,000 per year. Salary offers depend on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret sales and performance data to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support executive reporting through clear and concise data storytelling
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Manage analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of outputs
- Monitor key performance metrics and highlight risks or opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including interpreting sales data and identifying trends
- Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced); Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Understanding of sales process optimization and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Project management and organizational skills with an ownership mindset
