Overview
A leading organization in the Information Technology sector is seeking a Senior Analyst Commissions to manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs designed to attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. This role involves partnering with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional teams to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to enhance pay practices, improve program governance, and create consistent outcomes within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation: $107,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Support the Commission Manager in annual compensation setting processes
- Calculate and prepare monthly commission payouts for the sales team
- Maintain accurate commission plan database using CaptivateIQ (CIQ)
- Track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from sales employees
- Document approvals and changes related to pay adjustments
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and HR Operations on process improvements
- Research and provide analysis on compensation disputes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation within a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and commission calculation
- In-depth knowledge of incentive plan structures and metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Familiarity with CaptivateIQ and Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce preferred
