Overview
This role is for a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance, responsible for contributing to the consolidated financial picture of a multi-entity organization. The position involves supporting three-statement financial modeling, monthly consolidation and reporting, expense planning, and financial analyses that inform capital allocation and scenario planning. It is an individual contributor role with direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in the company’s operating rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the consolidated three-statement financial model across multiple entities (US, India, Spain), including intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups.
- Support the monthly consolidation process in partnership with Accounting and the Controller's team.
- Track risks and opportunities and reconcile consolidated actuals to plan and forecast.
- Build and refine financial models for capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Perform variance, trend, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Support Corporate Development with post-acquisition tracking.
- Assist with company expense planning and budgeting processes, including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare budget and headcount reports to provide stakeholders visibility into remaining spend throughout the quarter.
- Manage spend approvals and purchasing workflows, applying spend policies and flagging exceptions.
- Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR), Board, and investor reporting packages with accuracy and consistency.
- Develop executive-level analyses of company performance against goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure consistency of key consolidated metrics across all reporting (e.g., Total Revenue Run Rate, EBITDA, unlevered Free Cash Flow, integration costs).
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields.
- Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency.
- Strong skills in three-statement financial modeling and advanced Excel.
- Proven track record of accurate, detail-oriented work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation and executive or Board-level reporting.
- Exposure to B2B marketplaces or SaaS business models, including subscription, advertising, usage-based, and freemium-to-paid pricing.
- Proficiency with ERP and business intelligence tools such as Intacct, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear insights.
