Overview

An experienced equity compensation professional is sought to join the Compensation team within Human Resources, reporting to the Director of Equity Compensation. This role involves managing the end-to-end administration of a complex global equity program covering over 30 countries, including RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, and ESPP. A key focus is utilizing automation tools such as AI, Python, and Power Automate to enhance process efficiency and scalability. The position requires strong data management skills and collaboration with Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools including Copilot, Power Automate, and Python to automate routine tasks, reporting, reconciliations, and communications
  • Maintain the Equity Edge Online (EEO) database ensuring participant data accuracy and completeness
  • Administer daily equity activities such as grants, vesting, exercises, releases, and terminations
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations, including fair value and PSU goal updates in partnership with Finance
  • Generate and deliver global reports for Payroll, Accounting, Legal, HR, and leadership
  • Assist with international compliance, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure timely filings
  • Act as a resource for employees and cross-functional partners on equity-related matters
  • Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration
  • Deliver employee education webinars in collaboration with external partners
  • Maintain team website and internal equity communications
  • Support SOX controls, audit requests, and documentation globally
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements and best practices
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and program documentation
  • Administer quarterly trading windows and insider trading processes
  • Coordinate equity compensation activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions
  • Prepare equity-related disclosures including Proxy Statement reporting
  • Perform complex spreadsheet analysis, data reconciliations, and large-scale data validations
  • Research, scope, and execute new projects or system enhancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of stock plan administration experience within a U.S. public company
  • Experience administering global equity programs across multiple countries and equity plan types
  • Experience supporting SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance documentation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/S, complex formulas, and large-scale data validation
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO), including workflows, report groups, scheduling, and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets
  • Experience driving or supporting automation initiatives using Python, AI tools, or equivalent technologies
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and Python for process improvement
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and audit compliance
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead projects to completion
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation (preferred)
  • Experience with international equity compliance and regulatory monitoring (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $55 (minimum) to $92 (maximum), with a midpoint of $73
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements
