Senior Analyst, Finance Operations

Overview

Finance Operations oversees key financial processes including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense. The finance function manages accounting, tax, financial planning and policies, fiscal controls, financial reporting, financial systems, and asset safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage group mailbox routing and communication
• Handle customer escalations effectively
• Support onshore and offshore teammates
• Manage projects by meeting deadlines and maintaining communication with customers
• Collaborate to respond to non-standard requests
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and workflows
• Apply experience in transactional finance environments with strong internal controls
• Understand and meet service level goals and objectives in customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguity preferred
• High sense of urgency and responsiveness preferred
• Strong organizational skills preferred
• Demonstrated accountability and ownership of responsibilities preferred
• Experience with SAP preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated salary range: $57,000 - $73,440
