A leading organization in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector is seeking a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Financial Analytics. This remote role (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship) focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to improve visibility, decision-making, and overall business performance within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale a financial analytics framework to enhance organizational performance
- Build advanced data models to provide insights into financial and operational performance
- Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights
- Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics in financial contexts
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Standardize key financial reporting metrics across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis or financial analytics with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or PhD with 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, modeling, and reporting
- Experience with predictive analytics and developing analytical frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL and programming languages such as Python

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $132,400 – $173,775
