Senior Finance Business Partner

Overview

This role supports the rapidly growing pharmacy practice through FP&A and strategic planning, partnering across the organization to drive measurable results. Responsibilities include financial compliance review, performance reporting, and leading or assisting various projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to the mini region using knowledge of finance tools, trends, and targets.
• Analyze financial details to identify development opportunities and areas for improvement through strategic planning.
• Lead the finance team within the Pharmacy practice, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a positive, motivating work environment.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Pharmacy business leaders, department team leaders, the DFO, and the regional finance team.
• Partner with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning.
• Own financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward-looking strategies.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for multiple businesses within the Pharmacy practice.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly Control Self Assessments (CSAs) within the organization’s control environment.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in an Accounting or Finance position.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including travel to offices and attendance at training and events.
• This position requires routine or periodic travel, which may require driving a personal vehicle or using a rental vehicle.
• Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are requirements of this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA.
• Pharmacy and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
