Overview
A leading internet financial platform company is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join their growing Finance Systems team. This role is critical in designing and architecting scalable finance systems to support the organization's expanding footprint in a maturing company environment. The position involves working directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable finance transformation, automation, and streamlining of core finance processes, including international expansion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules such as Accounting Hub, Cash Management, Payables, Subledger Accounting, and other finance systems.
- Automate finance processes using AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for solution design.
- Document and manage testing and approvals related to system changes.
- Support finance teams by providing data and responses from systems for internal and SOX audits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
- Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules including Accounting Hub, Payables, Cash Management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, and FDI reporting.
- Experience with applications such as Zip Procurement to Pay and Navan Travel and Expense is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions using AI tools to automate processes within and outside ERP applications.
- Familiarity with treasury systems like Kyriba and SEC reporting applications such as Workiva is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with all organizational levels and departments.
- Excellent change management skills with the ability to lead teams through change.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, skilled at multitasking and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, attentive, and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Driven to add value and continuously seek improvement opportunities individually and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $112,500 - $147,500
- Compensation is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs.
