Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst position is available within the Sustainability Solutions (SS) Business Unit Finance Team, supporting commercial and supply chain operations. This role is based in either Irvine, California or Plymouth, Minnesota, with potential consideration for remote work on a case-by-case basis. The position involves providing actionable financial analyses to support key short-term and long-range strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end forecast processes including Business Planning (BP), Joint Update (JU), New Update (NU), and Long-Term (LT) forecasts for the SS unit.
  • Drive margin improvement through strategic pricing analysis in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Manage the annual cost revision process for existing products and new product introductions (NPIs).
  • Lead ad-hoc financial initiatives in partnership with the SS commercial team, supporting portfolio decisions, profitability, and growth initiatives with sound financial analysis.
  • Support financial aspects of external partnerships related to the reprocessing business.
  • Coordinate financial updates with the US Electrophysiology (EP) commercial finance team during forecast cycles.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis on sales, gross profit, cost of goods sold (COGS), and CNIS performance to influence key business decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while working effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong balance of big-picture thinking with attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, recommend and implement process improvements, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $79,000.00 - $127,650.00
  • Eligibility to participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)), subject to plan terms.
  • Participation in the company’s long-term incentive program.

Time Off Benefits (subject to policy terms and date of hire)

  • Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents; 56 hours for Washington residents)
  • Holiday pay including floating holidays: 13 days per calendar year
