Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

• Location: Remote (Must be located near Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO)
• Department: Solutions Accounting
• Schedule: Days | Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Financial Analytics & Reporting: Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses, and create actionable reports to guide core business decisions.
• Budgeting & Planning: Support end-to-end budget preparation and strategic financial planning processes across organizational initiatives.
• Management Consulting: Provide internal quantitative decision support to leadership for strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures.
• Systems Integration & Reconciliation: Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems and perform comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

Requirements

• Education/Experience: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting Fundamentals & Close: Apply accounting knowledge to execute month-end close processes, ledger reconciliations, and foundational financial operations.
• Data Analytics & Communication: Manipulate complex data, interpret findings clearly, and present insights with executive-level communication skills to cross-functional leaders.
