Overview

A Senior Financial Analyst role is available within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, focusing on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) planning, reporting, and analysis. This position supports financial planning and business decision-making through detailed financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc projects. The role reports to the Director of Top Line FP&A and collaborates with Finance Leadership, Functional FP&A, Customer Operations, Accounting, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Report and analyze company ARR and key SaaS metrics to provide transparency to leadership.
  • Build and enhance financial models to analyze customer base drivers and forecast future results.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, planning, and consolidation processes.
  • Partner with the FP&A Data Team to develop new reporting tools and streamline existing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to support organizational growth.
  • Identify business and operational risks through data-driven insights and increase visibility across the business.
  • Prepare and present recommendations to key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • An AI-first operating mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to use AI to reduce manual work, accelerate insights, and evolve finance operations.
  • Proven professional success, preferably with experience in finance, strategy, operations, or consulting within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills combined with business consulting, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Looker or other business intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex data into clear takeaways and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving business priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range: $110,900 to $166,400 USD.
  • Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission (if applicable), and annual bonus targets.
  • Some roles may be eligible for participation in an equity plan offering restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
  • Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
