Overview

A high-growth fintech organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate FP&A team. This role supports cross-functional initiatives, builds financial models for scenario analysis, and collaborates across the company to improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting. The organization focuses on making retirement benefits accessible and affordable for small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning and scenario modeling
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform key decisions and align capital allocation with strategic initiatives
  • Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support growth and scale
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance against strategic objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve FP&A systems for operational efficiency and ease of use
  • Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A at a high-growth software company and/or investment banking
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and ability to analyze key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems (experience with Netsuite and Pigment preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan; expertise in Pigment is a plus
  • Self-starter with ability to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations
  • Demonstrated agility in learning and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in AI-forward finance workflows
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and levels, including external partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-growth fintech or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with building scalable financial processes and systems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, determined by geographic location within the U.S., relevant skills, and experience
  • Additional compensation components may include bonuses, commissions, and equity
