Overview
This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst working remotely within the USA. Visa sponsorship or work permit support is not available, including OPT/CPT or similar programs.
Compensation
Salary varies by location within the USA:
- Tier 1 (SF Bay Area Metro, Seattle, NYC Metro): $130,000 - $135,000 USD
- Tier 2 (Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, LA, Miami, Philadelphia Metro, Portland, DC, Sacramento, San Diego): $125,000 - $130,000 USD
- Tier 3 (All other USA locations not listed above): $115,000 - $120,000 USD
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support management decision-making
- Support capital structuring and financing initiatives
- Run scenario analyses and interpret financial impacts
- Identify growth and cost drivers for the business and new initiatives
- Perform balance sheet and cash flow forecasting for long-term planning
- Develop and maintain key operational and financial metrics to support model assumptions
- Collaborate with management on annual budgeting and modeling techniques
- Build analytical tools to improve efficiency in financial modeling
- Partner with executives through presentations and support on key initiatives
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of strategic financial experience
- Proficient in financial modeling using Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data tools (e.g., Redash, QuickSight) is a plus
- Investment banking experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with high standards for accuracy and organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience presenting to and partnering with executive management
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Understanding of GAAP and its application to financial models
