Overview

This role serves as the finance lead for a designated Regional Vice President (RVP) region, partnering directly with the RVP(s) of Operations and their Client Services teams. The position is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, month-end consolidated reporting, pro forma modeling, and KPI analysis for the region. It acts as a trusted financial advisor to the RVP(s), providing insights that influence operational decisions rather than simply reporting results after the fact. The RVP(s) hold accountability for the region’s P&L, while this role is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the region’s financial deliverables. The position operates with a high degree of autonomy, works cross-functionally within Finance and across the broader organization, and supports Workday Adaptive Planning, the enterprise FP&A platform.

This is a remote position based in Melville, NY, USA, with travel required for connection weeks and as-needed internal meetings.
