Overview
A leading technology organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM to join their GTM Finance team. This role reports to the Director of GTM Finance and serves as the primary Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization. The position focuses on delivering actionable insights and data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making, optimize revenue forecasting, manage headcount planning, and enhance productivity metrics for global sales initiatives.
This is a 100% remote role; however, candidates based on the East Coast are preferred to facilitate easier overlap for global cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization, providing strategic support and analytical insights.
- Review and refine top-line bookings forecasts in collaboration with senior sales leadership.
- Lead quarterly alignment with revenue operations and corporate FP&A on forecasts for new and expansion business segments.
- Lead headcount planning initiatives and define/analyze productivity metrics to optimize resource allocation within the field sales organization.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure workforce planning supports top-line forecasting models.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership by delivering narratives and analytical insights that influence strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record managing complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting.
- Experience supporting a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization as a strategic business partner.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives; experience mentoring team members or optimizing financial processes is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.
- Advanced SQL or Alteryx skills are strongly preferred to enable automation and deeper analytical insights.
- Exposure to automation and AI technologies for financial modeling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
- Proactive strategic problem-solving skills with experience managing ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range in the United States: $103,000 - $134,000.
- Eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, based on individual and company performance.
- Additional compensation includes a $150 monthly Connectivity Plus stipend for remote work expenses and a $200 annual home office reimbursement.

- This is a fully remote position.
