Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking an FP&A Manager to work closely with the CFO and provide financial and strategic leadership across the business. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage monthly budgeting, long-term planning, and ongoing financial operations. In addition, the FP&A Manager will collaborate with Commercial leadership to oversee incentive compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to oversee and refine the internal financial model in partnership with senior leadership
• Own day-to-day execution of financial management processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and KPI reporting
• Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as needed
• Work with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting
• Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
• Knowledge of financial systems (Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong time management skills
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow through on commitments and projects
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
