Overview
This role plays a key part in driving the next phase of profitable growth by leading pricing strategies and practices. The position works closely with the Client Development Organization to support client Request for Proposals (RFPs) and collaborates with Senior Leadership, Retention, Commercial Finance, Legal, Product Management, and Technology to coordinate and manage key client relationships.
The ideal candidate will build structure in a dynamic environment, help evolve pricing processes, and navigate ambiguity while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client pricing strategies that enhance profitability and drive revenue growth.
- Provide value through pricing margin analytics and insights that influence business decisions and support a value pricing mindset.
- Analyze business performance to support enhanced decision-making.
- Analyze commercial agreements to ensure alignment between Legal drafts and Pricing output.
- Utilize the Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) module to recognize revenue and support billing for subscription-based contracts as well as ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand end-to-end pricing and contracting processes and support change management initiatives.
- Create and maintain data quality checks, including reconciliations, exception reporting, and audit trails, to ensure pricing and contract data accuracy.
- Manage multiple concurrent contract renewals and pricing-related activities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information, resolve issues, and support pricing-related decisions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support compiling materials for board meetings, internal presentations, reports, and other ad hoc financial analysis projects as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related analytical or strategy role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, workstreams, or business processes with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into actionable pricing recommendations.
- Comfortable partnering with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
- Experience working successfully in environments undergoing change, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with confidence to ask questions, share ideas, and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD
- Bonus pay eligibility: This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
