Senior FP&A Analyst

Overview

This role is for a Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for both reporting and budget management. The position involves collaborating with executives and VPs to manage budgets and drive strategic priorities. The analyst will contribute to developing and enhancing short- and long-term consolidated financial models, manage reporting and critical metrics, and maintain the Adaptive financial model.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget decisions to support company growth within assigned groups
• Improve budget processes and reporting outputs for board presentations
• Report budget versus actuals, conduct quarterly business reviews, and support annual planning
• Provide key inputs for short- and long-term financial models
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling to support business initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related analytical field
• Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and GSuite
• Experience building complex financial models and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Adaptive financial software is a plus

Work Model

• Hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday at the Westlake/Dallas, TX office
• Remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual US base salary range: $83,600 - $110,000 USD (dependent on location, skills, and experience)
