Overview
This role involves serving as a Senior Investment Operations Analyst (Middle Office) responsible for managing trade allocations, processing investment wire activity, and analyzing investment data to support reporting and operations. The position includes monitoring statutory balances, supporting allocation decisions, assisting with compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate investment records. Collaboration with various teams across the organization is essential.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate investment records.
- Partner with internal teams including brokers, custodians, trade support, and settlements.
- Resolve issues across the trade lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of investment or related experience.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship (e.g., not eligible for F-1 CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN visa statuses).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Bloomberg, J.P. Morgan Markets, custodian platforms, and other investment operations or trading support systems.
- Strong middle office experience including interaction with brokers, custodians, trade support teams, settlements, and issue resolution.
- Experience with data warehousing, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI to support operational reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
- Solid knowledge of investment products including equities, fixed income/bonds, and derivatives.
- Familiarity with accounting and portfolio management systems across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced investment operations environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $81,400 to $108,500 per year.
- Annual cash incentive program (Gainshare) up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
