Senior Lender

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Lender with advanced financial expertise to contribute to training AI Assistant models focused on finance. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time or full-time, catering to a variety of professional lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of AI models
• Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for correctness and performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance reasoning exercises
• Formal training in a finance-related discipline; a Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
