Senior Pricing Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills to provide insights that influence business decisions.
• Evaluate pricing performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Support pricing and forecasting initiatives through advanced data analysis, process automation, A/B testing, and clear, actionable visualizations.
• Develop machine learning models to address complex data challenges, enhance business operations, and deepen donor insights.
• Manage the experimentation lifecycle from design through analysis, validating opportunities and scaling successful strategies.
• Improve team capabilities by establishing best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with proven impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; advanced Excel skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify new opportunities, design models and experiments, and deliver insights that drive measurable business improvements.
• Critical thinker who excels at solving ambiguous problems through rigorous analysis and experimentation.
