- Apply ASC 606 and company accounting policies to recurring and moderately complex revenue arrangements, research accounting questions, and escalate highly judgmental or non-standard matters as appropriate
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results; identify key business drivers, unusual trends, and risks; and communicate clear insights and follow-up actions to revenue accounting leadership and cross-functional partners
- Partner cross-functionally with Strategic Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to evaluate business activity, resolve accounting questions, and support accurate and timely revenue recognition

- Support quarterly reviews and the annual audit by preparing high-quality schedules, documentation, and explanations, and independently resolving routine auditor requests
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen controls, documentation, and close processes; develop practical solutions and help drive them through implementation
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on revenue accounting processes; maintain clear documentation and best practices; and share knowledge that helps the broader team deliver high-quality work
90 Day Plan
- Independently take ownership of significant recurring revenue close activities, including related journal entries, reconciliations, controls, analyses, and supporting documentation
- Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders and develop a clear understanding of the revenue cycle, contract structures, systems, and key accounting dependencies
