Overview

This role involves owning and driving a unified GTM data strategy to support pre-sales, post-sales, and leadership with analytics and insights used to run the business. You will be an individual contributor within the global revenue operations team, reporting to the head of RevOps, with regular visibility to senior leaders.

You will drive revenue intelligence and insights using an AI-forward approach to improve business outcomes such as retention and new ARR, enhance measurement of marketing ROI, improve forecasting accuracy, and generate predictive churn signals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM data strategy across pre-sales and post-sales motions so teams use consistent definitions and numbers.
  • Build business-level dashboards, forecasts, and analyses that track pipeline from top-of-funnel marketing through closed revenue, tying results back to top-line financial metrics.
  • Own executive and board-level reporting for quarterly business reviews, validating every figure before it is shared.
  • Build forecasts and function-specific reporting for marketing, sales, and services; refine assumptions as results come in.
  • Improve the ability to surface early risk signals in new ARR, retention, and churn.
  • Manage and prioritize reporting and dashboard requests from stakeholders inside or outside revenue (e.g., finance).
  • Build new views and datasets to meet business requirements; partner with engineering to keep warehouse views clean and escalate to engineering support when more complex work is needed.
  • Translate analysis into plain-language recommendations for leadership.
  • Validate commercial data that impacts sales and finance reporting and forecasting, including:
    • ARR
    • Net new ACV
    • Prorated terms
    • FX adjustments
    • Quote-to-order form alignment
    • Renewal details such as subscriptions, renewal values, and off-cycle changes.
  • Build AI-ready documentation, context, and data architecture for the team, including building agents used by others.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to read and write SQL.
  • Experience building BI dashboards used in regular decisions by sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Ability to trace pipeline from top-of-funnel marketing through closed revenue, identify where it falls out of the funnel, and explain what the numbers do and do not show.
  • Experience presenting analysis to senior leaders and defending/explaining metrics when challenged.
  • Proven stakeholder ownership, running conversations with sales, marketing, and finance leaders independently.
  • Ability to validate commercial data including ARR, net new ACV, prorated terms, FX adjustments, and quote-to-order form alignment; flag errors before they reach finance.
  • Strong data quality judgment for warehouse views and the ability to work with engineering to resolve issues.
  • Experience with tool selection—deciding when a report or dashboard belongs in Claude, Salesforce, or Hex, and explaining tradeoffs.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements that field operations, system architects, and engineers can build from.
  • Financial fluency, including working knowledge of revenue recognition principles, gross/net revenue retention (GRR/NRR), forecasting, and CPQ logic.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies in daily work to accelerate QA, contribute to AI-ready documentation, expand GTM context layers, and automate recurring work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-forward revenue operations workflows (e.g., using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot as partners in day-to-day work).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total pay range: $130,000 - $150,000.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and internal equity.
