Senior Revenue Operations Manager- Order To Cash

Overview

This role sits within the Finance organization and reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations. The Senior Revenue Operations Manager - O2C owns execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) roadmap and drives continuous process and system improvements.

As buying programs and consumption-based offerings evolve, you will balance commercial flexibility with operational simplicity—assessing business impact, designing solutions, and distinguishing one-off exceptions from strategic changes that can scale systematically.

Responsibilities

• Drive the O2C Roadmap: Co-own and prioritize the Order-to-Cash roadmap based on core business needs and customer impact.
• Deliver System Capabilities: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ranging from minor enhancements to major platform capabilities; partner closely with Engineering and QA teams to deliver.
• Lead Quality & Adoption: Review test plans, validate results, and coordinate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support smooth launches.
• Design Scalable Operations: Partner across the organization to design, document, and continuously improve key operational procedures.
• Guide Major Initiatives: Establish robust processes for large-scale, cross-functional launches, including new product SKUs and updated buying programs.
• Balance Growth & Simplicity: Help stakeholders evaluate customization trade-offs and create scalable middle-ground solutions that drive revenue without overburdening systems.
• Solve Complex Data Anomalies: Investigate billing and usage data discrepancies, troubleshoot edge cases, and maintain high data integrity.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business, Billing, or Revenue Operations within high-growth, consumption-based B2B SaaS environments.
• Project Leadership: Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex operational concepts for diverse audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and structured in problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Base Pay Range: $1—$2 USD
• Eligible for a corporate bonus plan.
