The Senior Manager, Tax and Treasury is a hands-on position responsible for global tax compliance, treasury operations, banking relationships, and the policies and processes that support them. • Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authority audits, notices, and information requests across jurisdictions
  • Own transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements as the legal entity structure and international footprint evolve
  • Advise the business on tax implications related to new products, pricing models, contracts, and international expansion
  • Identify and pursue applicable tax credits and incentives, including R&D tax credits
  • Monitor global tax legislation and regulatory changes and translate them into practical guidance for the business
  • Own banking relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners
  • Manage global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity in partnership with FP&A
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures, including investment guidelines and foreign exchange risk management
  • Maintain banking compliance requirements, access controls, and signatory documentation
  • Partner with Deal Desk and Legal on contract structuring and other decisions where tax considerations could create risk or opportunity
  • Build scalable processes, documentation, controls, and infrastructure as the organization grows
  • Act as a subject matter expert for tax and treasury questions across the organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in tax and/or treasury, ideally with experience across both functions at a SaaS, software, or technology company
  • Strong working knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax compliance
  • Experience with indirect tax, including sales/use tax and VAT
  • Experience with core treasury responsibilities, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, liquidity management, and FX risk management
  • Experience building policies and processes from the ground up rather than operating within established ones
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to translate technical tax and treasury concepts for non-finance stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and practical answers are needed quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA and/or Big 4 experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points
