Overview

A well-respected firm in Louisiana is seeking a FULLY REMOTE Senior Tax Manager. This role is a leadership position equivalent to a Director-level role and involves guiding the next phase of growth for the tax team. Professionals within the organization progress from Senior Manager to Income Partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a tax team
• Build and manage relationships with clients
• Review tax return types including:
  • Individual
  • Estate
  • Gift
  • Corporate
  • Partnership
  • Nonprofit
• Represent clients before tax authorities
• Perform extensive tax research
• Handle client billing

Requirements

• CPA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of experience in Public Accounting
• Ability to build, lead, and manage a team
• In-depth knowledge of tax law
