Senior Treasury Manager

Overview

This permanent Senior Treasury Manager role sits within the Group Finance function and is focused on leading treasury operations across a multi-entity business. The position is remote.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership, covering liquidity management, governance, banking relationships, and the controls required to support growth. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the business, driving continuous improvement, automation, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, and rolling cash flow forecasting across a multi-entity business.
• Ensure appropriate funding structures are maintained, including intercompany funding, surplus cash management, and support for financing facilities.
• Manage banking operations, including bank accounts, mandates, online banking platforms, and key banking relationships.
• Maintain a strong treasury control environment by overseeing payment processes, banking access, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver treasury reporting and insights to senior leadership, monitoring cash balances, borrowing positions, and liquidity performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through treasury process optimisation, automation initiatives, and finance transformation projects, partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and Operations.

Requirements

• Significant treasury experience within a complex, multi-entity business.
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking operations.
• Experience managing banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury controls.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.
• A professional treasury or accounting qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to build and enhance treasury capabilities within a growing business.
