Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

This role is responsible for activities related to month-end closing, reporting, and financial compliance within the Record to Report (R2R) process.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities, including review and posting of month-end journal entries
• Handle reporting and consolidations
• Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and ensure timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements
• Review and perform month-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
• Handle quarterly intercompany process
• Resolve balancing items
• Build and maintain customer relationships, drive confidence, and support process updates with customers when required
• Identify opportunities and recommend process and automation improvements

Requirements

• Experienced accounting knowledge with closing and reporting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master’s degree in Finance
• English (Required) with proficiency level Advanced - C1

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (any of the following):
  • Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) - Vskills
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - Skillab
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) - The International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP)
