Sr. Bookkeeper

Overview

An established bookkeeping services organization with offices across Texas is seeking a very experienced bookkeeper to support select clients in Houston.

This role is part-time or full-time and can be performed from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Support bookkeeping needs for assigned clients as needed.
• Work from your home office, and work at the client site depending on client requirements.
• Provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks.
• Drive to clients around the Austin metro on an as-needed basis.
• Travel time will be compensated.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a contract bookkeeper and you already have your own clients.
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks.
• Willingness and ability to work from home with computer and broadband access.
• Ability to drive to clients around the Austin metro on an as-needed basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ProAdvisor (QuickBooks) is a definite plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Travel time is paid.
