Overview
Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial systems, including systems supporting human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, develop project plans, and maintain project budgets.
- Conduct technical research and document business requirements during the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
- Communicate governance and support policies to all levels of management.
- Develop and present executive-level communications.
- Monitor the effectiveness of system controls, identify process improvements, and communicate recommendations.
- Mentor less-senior staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
- Five (5) years of experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, and scripting languages in a business environment.
- Quantitative business problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning/project skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to analyze financial and credit information (e.g., financial statements and credit reports) to determine creditworthiness.
- Project planning and coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay Transparency
- The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN; however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
- Depending on location, you may be required to work at a worksite campus several times per week.
Monthly Salary Ranges
- US: $9,208.38 - $20,872.33
- CO: $9,208.38 - $20,002.65
- CA: $9,719.96 - $16,575.08
- NJ: $9,719.96 - $15,551.93
- OH & VT: $9,719.96 - $16,523.93
- MN: $9,719.96 - $19,132.97
- IL & NV: $9,719.96 - $20,002.65
- MD, NY & WA: $9,719.96 - $20,872.33
- MA: $10,231.53 - $20,872.33
- RI: $11,254.69 - $19,132.97
- CT: $11,254.69 - $20,002.65
- DC: $11,766.26 - $20,002.65
