Sr. Deal and Financial Solution Operation Analyst

Overview

A leading managed security services provider is seeking a Senior Deal & Financial Solution Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams in delivering comprehensive cybersecurity and managed services solutions. This role involves collaboration with solution architecture, deal desk, sales, procurement, legal, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless deal execution and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Deal Desk, Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Service Delivery teams
• Manage complex deal operations including pricing, contracting, procurement, service delivery, and billing
• Interpret pricing, quotes, contracts, purchase documentation, and customer requirements
• Analyze commercial and financial data including margin, pricing, discounts, costs, and revenue
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Manage projects and workflows across multiple departments without direct authority
• Operate effectively in both manual and automated processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, commercial operations, deal desk, solution operations, order management, procurement, or related fields
• Experience with complex B2B technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, managed services, or similar solutions preferred
• Strong understanding of the relationship between solution design, pricing, contracting, procurement, service delivery, and billing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, SSPP, ERP, procurement, contract management, or billing systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments without direct authority
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree is a plus
