Overview
This role is for a Financial Analyst IV within the Product FP&A Team, supporting the Email Business Unit. The position involves solving complex business problems across various cross-functional activities, performing deep analytics, and providing business recommendations. The analyst will act as a strategic collaborator and trusted advisor to Product leadership, reporting directly to the Director of Product FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of two email P&Ls, acting as a strategic advisor to Product leaders on resource allocation, investments, cost management, and financial risks.
- Participate in monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Streamline profitability reporting on a per-customer basis for top customers.
- Provide informed, proactive analysis and business insights to the Email Product team to support effective decision-making and efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a global setting to complete special projects while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting automation, and data infrastructure to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial business partner role directly supporting a Product organization, preferably within a SaaS or subscription business.
- Experience with infrastructure forecasting and associated unit economics.
- Familiarity with Looker, NetSuite, Anaplan, and/or Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven ability to visualize data and communicate compelling stories.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to create value for stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual starting salary range: $123,200.00 to $150,000.00. Starting pay within this range may vary based on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
