Sr. Financial Analyst

Overview

An organization specializing in advancing high-quality artificial intelligence is seeking experienced finance professionals to join their team as AI Training and Evaluation Specialists. This role focuses on enhancing AI-driven financial tools by providing expert analysis and feedback on AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. The position offers remote work flexibility with options for part-time, full-time, or periodic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI Assistant responses for accuracy and logical reasoning in areas such as macroeconomics, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use financial expertise to assess AI outputs for correctness, consistency, and depth of analysis.
• Identify weaknesses or errors in AI reasoning, especially in complex or edge-case scenarios, and provide detailed, structured feedback.
• Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to communicate insights and help refine AI algorithms and training data.
• Test AI models using real-world financial scenarios to identify gaps or biases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems by sharing best practices and innovative approaches to financial reasoning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of feedback and testing results to support ongoing model development and validation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in finance or a related field (MBA, Master’s, or PhD preferred).
• Proven professional experience in finance, corporate finance, macroeconomics, or capital markets.
• Expert-level financial reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, dynamic environment.
