Overview

Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain (GSC) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Remote (USA)

This role supports the Tools & Outdoor team as a remote employee, focusing on financial planning and analysis related to capital expenditures and global supply chain central budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial preparedness and execution of FP&A cycles including month-end reporting and forecasting.
  • Provide financial leadership and transparency over core FP&A processes related to CapEx and GSC central budgets.
  • Ensure financial information for FP&A processes is accurate and complete.
  • Deliver in-depth reporting and analysis of month-end, forecast, and operating plan financial data.
  • Partner with Central GSC department leaders to plan, forecast, and provide financial insights on department spending.
  • Assist in preparing analytical narratives and presentation materials for month-end and quarterly reviews.
  • Provide guidance and financial support to Business Unit FP&A teams.
  • Align financial processes, governance, and reporting structures between GSC and Business Unit FP&A teams.
  • Develop strong partnerships and maintain clear communication with Business Unit FP&A teams to track, consolidate, and report capital expenditures consistently.
  • Continuously update templates and processes to meet evolving analytical and reporting requirements.
  • Manage GSC finance calendar requirements, forecasting, and reporting files to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide insights and analysis to GSC finance leadership.
  • Support month-end processes for GSC FP&A, including financial reporting and variance analysis on CapEx, Working Capital, and Central GSC Budgets.
  • Participate in project and entity reconciliations.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or business finance.
  • Strong business partnering, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Alteryx is required.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Snowflake is helpful.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including EPM and HFM.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $77,600 to $124,900 annually, depending on factors such as job level, location, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
