Overview

A leading organization in the Enterprise Technology sector is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. This role involves delivering key financial outcomes for customers and stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally, and taking ownership of priorities. Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation: $90,000 – $98,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Support expense planning and forecasting through financial modeling and variance analysis
  • Analyze workforce and vendor spending, coordinating resource allocation with cross-functional teams
  • Manage monthly financial operations, including preparing accruals and maintaining planning systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and assist in budget preparation
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and reporting by enhancing data quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline
  • 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance
  • Experience in the technology sector, particularly with SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and OpenAir
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with senior leadership
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with data visualization tools and financial modeling software
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
