Sr Manager - Finance Operations & Strategy

Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for the Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy.

This is a highly visible role partnering with finance and business leaders to lead planning processes, deliver actionable business insights, and drive improvements that support growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Advise Specialty Finance leadership on priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
• Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00
• This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
• Actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
• This position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
• This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
