Overview

This role involves analyzing and managing higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities across all lines of business, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and price higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with various departments including program management, operations, finance, sales and marketing, and legal.
  • Manage projects through well-developed action plans to timely resolution.
  • Respond to requests for proposals.
  • Prepare formal new and renewal pricing presentation documents and supporting schedules.
  • Propose ideas for continuous process improvement to management.
  • Support management on assigned projects from inception through implementation, including new client implementations and short-term initiatives.
  • Assist managers with research or new service/product development projects.
  • Support training and improvement activities to meet operational and audit requirements.
  • Assist in evaluation, development, and enhancement of pricing models as requested.
  • Provide superior customer service and support to business and management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; major in accounting strongly preferred.
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • Six (6) years of experience in financial analysis, project management, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Mental: Requires clear and conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, discretion, ability to handle work-related stress, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical: Computer keyboarding and travel as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 (applicable to jurisdictions requiring pay transparency).
