Overview
This role involves analyzing and managing higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities across all lines of business, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and price higher-level new and renewal business pricing opportunities as assigned.
- Collaborate with various departments including program management, operations, finance, sales and marketing, and legal.
- Manage projects through well-developed action plans to timely resolution.
- Respond to requests for proposals.
- Prepare formal new and renewal pricing presentation documents and supporting schedules.
- Propose ideas for continuous process improvement to management.
- Support management on assigned projects from inception through implementation, including new client implementations and short-term initiatives.
- Assist managers with research or new service/product development projects.
- Support training and improvement activities to meet operational and audit requirements.
- Assist in evaluation, development, and enhancement of pricing models as requested.
- Provide superior customer service and support to business and management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; major in accounting strongly preferred.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Six (6) years of experience in financial analysis, project management, accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 (applicable to jurisdictions requiring pay transparency).
