Tax Manager

Overview

A growing accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager to support clients and help lead tax department efforts. This role focuses on understanding client needs, automating processes where appropriate, and ensuring accurate application of tax laws.

Clients served include individuals, corporates, partnerships, estates, and trusts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax-related work for a range of client entities, including individuals, corporates, partnerships, estates, and trusts
• Ensure accurate application of tax laws and compliance
• Build lasting working relationships with clients and coworkers
• Learn client needs and identify opportunities to automate tax processes
• Support efforts to develop and lead the tax department

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax experience
• CPA License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ProSystems

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000–$150,000 based on experience
