Technology Consulting Practitioner

Overview

Seeking an SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant for a remote contract role.

• Pay rate: $60/hr on w2
• Experience: 5 to 8 years

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll, including:
  • Break/fix support
  • How-to expertise
  • Minor enhancements
  • Monitoring and testing
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Work on PCRs and schemas related to Time Evaluation and Payroll
• Handle unit test scripts in the HPALM tool and create documentation (including appropriate screen shots) for testing scenarios to support UAT
• Support time implementation for SAP S/4HANA using CATS (Positive & Negative time)
• Provide technical support in SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru, including taxes, benefits, and vacations

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience with SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll
• Experience providing SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll support (break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing)
• Experience designing, building, and configuring SAP applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Experience working on PCRs and schemas with respect to Time Evaluation and Payroll
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll for Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru (Taxes, Benefits and Vacations)
• Proficient English
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as a team player
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling unit test scripts in HPALM and documenting testing scenarios with appropriate screen shots for UAT
