Transaction Advisor - Fully Remote

Overview

This contract role involves advisory and transaction services work focused on M&A and valuation tasks. Compensation is $700 per task. The position is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios, including:
  • quality-of-earnings analyses
  • working-capital and net-debt analyses
  • financial due-diligence findings
• Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy and sound professional judgment.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in transaction and valuation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance AI model training.
• Develop and refine valuation models, including:
  • DCF
  • comparable companies
  • precedent transactions

Requirements

Must-Have

• Transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS / boutique) and/or corporate development, investment banking, or valuation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• CPA, and/or ASA / ABV / CFA (for valuation-leaning candidates).
• Hands-on ownership of QoE, valuation, or deal models.
