Treasury /Funds Transfer Analyst

Overview

This is a fully remote role within the financial services industry, supporting treasury and wire administration functions. The position focuses on executing funds transfers, monitoring live activity, resolving exceptions, and completing transaction reconciliations while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute funds transfers of varying complexity using multiple platforms.
• Initiate manual transactions and provide secondary approvals.
• Perform financial reconciliation and investigate exceptions.
• Monitor live transactions and address exceptions in accordance with established policies.
• Escalate unresolved or impactful issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with control frameworks and report potential regulatory conflicts.
• Participate in basic change management activities and operational testing.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Approximately three or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in account reconciliations, financial accounting, treasury services, and wire transfer/ACH processing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Process management competencies.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00.
