Overview
This role supports the Government Contracting practice on the Unanet ERP Implementation team. The position is considered remote, meaning day-to-day duties do not require being performed within proximity of an office location. Remote employees may be scheduled to be present at an office with notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
Responsibilities
- Implement Unanet ERP solutions for clients in the Government Contracting space.
- Lead discovery meetings with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows, and design.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and training.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
- Work effectively as part of a team, filling gaps, providing guidance when needed, and speaking up.
- Provide mentorship as needed.
- Identify and solve problems related to client needs.
- Provide business process and product expertise to clients and the implementation team.
- Build product knowledge and expertise.
- Manage client expectations and responsibilities related to implementation.
- Perform ad hoc consulting and accounting assistance, as needed.
- Develop and expand client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems).
- Extensive implementation and/or product experience with Unanet ERP in a consulting role.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Unanet ERP.
- Additional experience with other ERP systems such as QuickBooks, GCS Premier or Costpoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients.
- Experience working in both large and small teams.
- Self-starter who is driven, resourceful, and a problem solver.
- Customer-focused approach emphasizing success and quality of work.
- Functional expertise in finance/accounting and Government Contracting (Procurement is a plus).
- Experience with documentation of project plans, requirements, configuration, process flows, test cases, and related documents.
- Unanet Certified Implementer preferred.
- Experience creating Advanced Analytics reports out of Unanet is a plus.
- Familiarity with Unanet’s Integration Management Utility (IMU) and hands-on scripting or programming applied to integration or automation is a strong plus.
- Due to the nature of projects and work for this role, U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Unanet Certified Implementer.
- Advanced Analytics reporting experience in Unanet.
- Hands-on scripting or programming experience related to integration/automation (including IMU).
Compensation & Benefits
- In Virginia, the salary range for an Advisory Senior Associate is $80,000 to $130,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
