Overview

This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions for specific functions or business units. It actively drives the forecasting process, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement. The position may act as a team or project leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitating information validation and team decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support key business initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
  • Support policy and process enhancement by identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
  • Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing business trends and ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  • Provide information and counsel in areas such as controls, budgeting, planning, return on investment decisions, and development of business plans and strategies.
  • Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
  • Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support the realization of operational and strategic plans.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles to enhance individual and organizational performance.

Education & Experience

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $73,800 to $113,650 USD annually (applicable to United States candidates only).
