Overview
This role is a senior individual contributor position within the Revenue organization, focused on helping customers identify, quantify, and realize business value across the organization’s portfolio, with a primary focus on ElevenAgents.
The position spans the full customer lifecycle—from early sales conversations through proof of concept, deployment, renewal, and expansion. You will work directly with customers and prospects to understand their businesses, build the business case for investment, and establish how value will be measured over time.
Responsibilities
- Shape value from the beginning: Partner with Revenue teams and prospects early in the sales cycle to understand customer priorities, identify high-value opportunities, and establish the business case for investing.
- Build and evolve the global value strategy: Develop frameworks, benchmarks, calculators, discovery approaches, and playbooks that define how the organization approaches value across industries and use cases.
- Scale what works: Turn bespoke work with largest customers into repeatable approaches so Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial teams can articulate and measure value consistently.
- Identify the highest-impact opportunities: Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses, workflows, economics, and strategic priorities to determine which use cases have the greatest potential and why.
- Quantify the opportunity: Build rigorous financial and operational models translating use cases into measurable outcomes across revenue, cost, productivity, customer experience, and other relevant dimensions.
- Define how value will be proven: Establish success metrics and measurement approaches for proofs of concept and deployments so customers and the organization share an understanding of what success looks like from the outset.
- Measure value realization: After deployment, partner with customers and internal teams to understand impact, identify gaps between expected and realized value, and determine where additional opportunities exist.
- Support expansion and long-term value: Use insights from existing deployments to help customers understand achievements and identify additional areas for impact.
- Work directly with data: Analyze customer and industry data, build models, pressure-test assumptions, and develop recommendations.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists: On strategic accounts, collaborate with Deployment Strategists who own the account-level business case—contributing methodology and capturing what works into reusable assets. Across the rest of the book, lead value quantification and measurement.
- Influence senior stakeholders: Communicate complex analysis clearly and credibly in writing and verbally, engaging with senior leaders as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience across operating roles, strategy, management consulting, analytics, finance, customer strategy, or other roles requiring rigorous business problem solving.
- Strong operating judgment: Ability to get underneath a customer’s operating model, workflows, economics, and strategic priorities quickly.
- Exceptional analytical ability: Capable of personally building sophisticated financial and operational models, working with incomplete or imperfect information, making assumptions explicit, and turning analysis into decisions.
- Structured problem solving: Comfort with ambiguous questions (e.g., where AI could create the most value in a business) and developing a rigorous approach to answering them.
- Customer credibility: Ability to work directly with customers across functions and levels, ask incisive questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and establish trust quickly.
- Commercial judgment: Understanding of how business value connects to technology investment decisions and ability to partner closely with Revenue teams while maintaining an objective, customer-first perspective.
- Excellent communication: Ability to distill complex analysis into clear points of view and communicate effectively in writing and verbally—from working teams through senior executives.
- Builder mentality: Excited to start by doing the work yourself, learn from customers, and turn what works into scalable methodologies and tools.
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace: Ability to move quickly across industries, customer types, and use cases while maintaining high analytical rigor.
- Ability to operate globally: Comfortable partnering with teams and customers across regions and traveling when valuable for customer work.
- Willingness to travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time.
