Overview

This role is a senior individual contributor position within the Revenue organization, focused on helping customers identify, quantify, and realize business value across the organization’s portfolio, with primary focus on ElevenAgents.

You will work across the full customer lifecycle—from early sales conversations through proof of concept, deployment, renewal, and expansion. The role is responsible for defining how value is understood, measured, and communicated globally, and for building reusable frameworks and tools that enable consistent value articulation across account segments.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the value case early in the sales cycle by partnering with Revenue teams and prospects to understand priorities, identify high-value opportunities, and establish the business case for investing.
  • Build the global value strategy by developing frameworks, benchmarks, calculators, discovery approaches, and playbooks for how value is approached across industries and use cases.
  • Scale what works by turning bespoke work from largest customers into repeatable approaches for Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial teams.
  • Identify where the organization can have the greatest impact by analyzing a customer’s business, workflows, economics, and strategic priorities to determine the highest-potential use cases.
  • Quantify opportunities by building rigorous financial and operational models translating use cases into measurable outcomes across revenue, cost, productivity, customer experience, and other relevant dimensions.
  • Define how value will be proven by establishing success metrics and measurement approaches for proofs of concept and deployments.
  • Measure value realization post-deployment by partnering with customers and internal teams to understand impact, identify gaps between expected and realized value, and determine additional opportunities.
  • Support expansion and long-term customer value by using insights from existing deployments to help customers identify additional areas for impact.
  • Work directly with data by analyzing customer and industry data, pressure-testing assumptions, and developing recommendations.
  • Partner with Deployment Strategists on strategic accounts to contribute methodology and capture reusable assets; beyond those accounts, own value quantification and measurement.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by communicating complex analysis simply and credibly in writing and verbally with internal and external leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across operating roles, strategy, management consulting, analytics, finance, customer strategy, or other roles requiring rigorous business problem solving.
  • Strong operating judgment, including the ability to quickly understand a customer’s operating model, workflows, economics, and strategic priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical ability, including building sophisticated financial and operational models, working with incomplete information, making assumptions explicit, and turning analysis into decisions.
  • Structured problem solving, including the ability to tackle ambiguous questions (e.g., identifying where AI could create the most value) with a rigorous approach.
  • Customer credibility, including the ability to work directly with customers across functions and levels, ask incisive questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and build trust.
  • Commercial judgment connecting business value to technology investment decisions, while partnering with Revenue teams from an objective, customer-first perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill complex analysis into clear viewpoints and communicate effectively in writing and verbally from working teams through senior executives.
  • A builder mentality, including comfort starting by doing the work personally and translating learnings into scalable methods and tools.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace across industries, customer types, and use cases while maintaining analytical rigor.
  • Ability to operate globally, including comfort partnering with teams and customers across regions and traveling when valuable for customer work.
  • Willingness to travel: up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

  • Experience in strategy or management consulting, particularly in operational transformation, technology, customer experience, or growth.
  • Experience as an operator within a technology company or other fast-moving business.
  • Experience working on AI, automation, customer experience, or technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Experience developing business cases, value frameworks, or analytical methodologies scaled beyond an individual project or customer.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual discretionary stipend for learning and development.
  • Annual discretionary stipend for social travel to meet up with colleagues each year.
  • Each year, the organization brings the entire team together for an annual company offsite in a new location (past offsites included Croatia and Italy).
  • Monthly co-working stipend if not located near one of the organization’s main hubs.

Location

This is a global role within the Revenue organization. The role can be based in San Francisco or remotely, with the option to work from the San Francisco office.

Travel for customer meetings and onsite work is expected when it meaningfully advances the work.
